    Inxuntech mode-hop-free wide-range wavelength-swept laser module is a high-performance semiconductor laser source, that combines silicon photonic (SiPh) and external cavity laser (ECL) designs through a hybrid integrated manufacturing process and high-precision electronic control. The module provides high-speed, linear, and mode-hop-free continuous sweeping with a narrow linewidth and low noise profile. Designed for versatility and reliability, it offers stable optical performance across a wide temperature range in a compact, low-power, and user-friendly package. Applied in fields such as data center optical link detection, CPO/chip measurement, optical transmission, high-precision industrial metrology, OFDR sensing, medical photonics, FMCW measurement, high-frequency vibration and ultrasonic monitoring.

    Inxuntech ultra-narrow linewidth single-frequency laser module is a high-performance laser source that integrates external cavity laser (ECL) tuning and advanced packaging with precision electronic control into a single, hybrid-integrated semiconductor platform. This module features ultra-narrow linewidth (~hundreds of Hz), high output optical power (>200 mW), superior wavelength stability, low noise, low power consumption, wide operating temperature range, compact footprint and user-friendly operation. It is widely used in high-end industrial precision measurement, quantum communication, next-generation fiber optic sensing (DAS/DVS), high-precision ranging and velocity measurement, space coherent optical communication, fiber-optic hydroacoustic and ultrasonic monitoring, medical photonics, scientific instruments and other related fields.

    Inxuntech SOA optical amplification/pulse module is a high-performance SOA product integrating independent epi structure, compound semiconductor chip technology, advanced packaging technology and low-noise circuit control. The product features high output optical power, broad bandwidth, short pulse rise time, high extinction ratio, low power consumption, high stability and flexible usability. It is widely applied in fields such as fiber optic sensing, precision industrial measurement, LiDAR and optical communication.
  • Balanced Photodetector
    Inxuntech balanced photodetection module adopts a precision symmetrical optical structure and matched high‑frequency InGaAs photodiode pairs. Combined with an ultra‑low‑noise transimpedance amplifier (TIA), it achieves high bandwidth and excellent common‑mode noise rejection ratio, presenting a high‑performance and ultra‑wideband balanced photodetection module. This product features large bandwidth, wide wavelength coverage, high common‑mode rejection ratio, high transimpedance gain, low power consumption, high stability and flexible operation.
